Introducing Ellie 1.0

You save a recipe for later. A place to visit. A tiny idea that might change how you work. Then it disappears into a different app’s saved tab.

We’re building Ellie to give those ideas a home. Our first release brings saved videos and links into one library, with the context you need to find them again and actually use them.

Save it once. Find it when you need it.

Share a TikTok, Instagram video, YouTube link, or web page to Ellie from your iPhone’s Share menu. Ellie brings it into your library and processes the available content into a summary, key takeaways, and tags.

The point is to make a save useful beyond the moment you tap the bookmark. When a transcript is available, you can return to what was said without watching the whole video again.

A little order for your curiosity.

Keep related saves in folders. Search for a topic, a creator, or a phrase you remember. Open a save to read the summary, explore its takeaways, or jump back to the original.

Your library can hold all the different things you’re interested in. Travel plans can live beside dinner ideas, morning routines, and the advice you want to try next week.

Ask something of what you’ve saved.

Ellie’s chat lets you ask questions about your own library. Find common threads across a few videos, pull together a plan, or turn an idea into a note you can keep working on.

There’s also an Ellie connector for compatible AI assistants, including Claude and ChatGPT. Connect your account, choose access, and bring your saved context into the conversations you already have.

Made to feel at home on iPhone.

Ellie is a native iPhone app, with a quick Share Extension, a warm reading experience, and a library built around the things you chose to keep. Free and Pro options let you start small and explore more as your collection grows.

We’re starting with a simple promise: the next time you think “I saved something about this,” you should be able to find it. We’ll keep sharing what’s new here as Ellie grows.
