Open the Share Sheet, scroll to the end of the app row, tap More, then add Ellie to Favorites. The Ellie app must be installed and you must be signed in.
Long videos, temporary source limits, or missing captions can slow enrichment. The original save should remain in your library while processing continues. Retry if Ellie shows a designed error state.
Transcript availability depends on what the public source provides and what can be processed. Ellie keeps the original link and other available metadata even when a transcript is unavailable.
Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Ellie account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Email support@meetellie.app from the address associated with Ellie. We may send a verification link, then process confirmed deletion within 30 days, subject to narrow legal and security exceptions.
